You can select the products you need and add them to your request. Indicate the rental date and day and send us your quote request. You will receive the final quote as soon as possible.

Rental duration

The rental period will be as previously agreed between both parties and will be stated in writing on the delivery note or corresponding contract.

Any extension of the period must be expressly requested and authorized by the company, and may involve an additional cost.

Terms of use

The client agrees to use the items solely and exclusively for professional purposes (filming, audiovisual productions, photo shoots, etc.).

The items may not be modified, restored, painted or altered without prior authorization.

In the event of assembly or intervention by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any damage that occurs.

Delivery and return

The customer is responsible for the transport, loading and unloading of the items, unless the shipping service is expressly contracted through the company.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, within the agreed timeframe and with the original packaging (if any).

In case of a delay in the return, a surcharge proportional to the additional time of use will be applied.

Deposit and guarantees

The company will request a deposit or guarantee, which will be returned once the condition of the rented items has been checked.

In case of loss, theft, breakage or damage, the customer must pay the replacement or restoration value of the affected item, as determined by the company.

Rates and billing

Rental prices will be determined based on the type of item, quantity, time of use, and any additional services required.

The amounts will be detailed in a prior quote or delivery note accepted by the client.

Payment will be made according to the agreed conditions, and may be required in advance in certain cases.

Responsibility

The company is not responsible for personal or material damage resulting from the misuse of the rented items.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the use, safekeeping, and preservation of the items while they are in their possession.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute related to the rental of items will be resolved by the courts and tribunals of Almería, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
